GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
This website, https://mise-en-scene.pro (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), is published by ARCHITECTS ARTISTS AND ARTISANS LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “AAA”), a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong, registration number 76458760–000–04–24–4, with its registered office at FLAT/RM A 12/F ZJ 300, 300 LOCKHART ROAD, WAN CHAI, HONG KONG.
All orders placed on the Website are subject to these General Conditions of Sale. AAA reserves the right to amend these Conditions at any time.
ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE
These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “General Conditions”) apply without restriction or reservation to all sales contracts for one or more pieces of furniture or decorative items (hereinafter referred to as “Product” or “Products”) marketed by AAA for professional use only.
The General Conditions are concluded with any company that engages with AAA for the purpose of purchasing Products (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).
These General Conditions prevail over any other document. No special terms shall apply unless expressly agreed in writing by AAA.
ARTICLE 2 – ENFORCEABILITY
Placing an order with AAA constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these General Conditions. Without such acceptance, no order will be processed and no Product will be supplied.
The Customer acknowledges that acceptance of these General Conditions does not require a handwritten signature, and results from the act of placing an order. The Customer may save and reproduce these General Conditions.
The sales contract between the Customer and AAA consists of these General Conditions together with the order confirmation signed by both parties.
ARTICLE 3 – AMENDMENTS
AAA reserves the right to modify these General Conditions at any time. The version applicable to the sale shall be the version in force and published on the Website at the time of the Customer’s order.
ARTICLE 4 – CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
A valid Customer account is required to place an order. New Customers must request an account by contacting an AAA sales representative.
Prior to opening an account, AAA reserves the right to request:

Documentary proof of company registration;

Bank account details;
-
Name, email address, and telephone number of the person responsible for orders;

Invoice and delivery address.
Without this information, AAA may refuse or cancel the account application.
The Customer may request account deletion by sending written notice to: contact@mise-en-scene.pro.
ARTICLE 5 – PROMOTIONAL INFORMATION
By creating a Customer account, the Customer agrees to receive communications from AAA by email, telephone, or post for promotional or advertising purposes, and agrees to possible business visits from AAA representatives.
The Customer may opt out of such communications by sending written notice to: contact@mise-en-scene.pro.
Account deletion automatically cancels all promotional communications.
ARTICLE 6 – STOCK
Products are stored in AAA’s logistics centre in mainland China. Upon account creation, the Customer gains access to professional product catalogues, archives, and images. Estimated stock quantities are provided for reference only.
The Customer acknowledges that stock levels fluctuate due to ongoing sales and inventory adjustments, and AAA cannot guarantee the accuracy of stock quantities indicated.
ARTICLE 7 – MINIMUM ORDER VALUE AND PRICING
The minimum total product value per order is €1,400. Orders below this threshold will not be processed.
All prices listed on the Website are wholesale, exclusive of VAT, and intended for professional use. Prices may change without prior notice.
ARTICLE 8 – ORDER PLACEMENT AND CONFIRMATION
Placing an order on the Website does not constitute a final sale. Following order placement:

AAA will contact the Customer by email to verify the order.

A Proforma Invoice (PI) will be issued with AAA’s bank details.

The Customer must pay 50% of the order total as a deposit.

Once payment is received, AAA will prepare the order.

Upon completion of packaging, AAA will send photos of the packaged goods to the Customer.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid before shipment.
The order is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.
ARTICLE 9 – SHIPPING
Shipping arrangements and charges will be specified in the PI based on the delivery address and order volume. Available options include:

Air freight: approximately 10 days;
-
Sea freight: approximately 45–50 days.
Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. AAA accepts no liability for delays.
The Customer may choose to collect the goods in China, in which case shipping charges will be waived. The time and location shall be agreed in advance with AAA.
ARTICLE 10 – DUTIES AND TAXES
All PIs issued by AAA include:

Import duties;

VAT (if applicable).
No additional customs charges will be applied. However, local regulations may require the Customer to provide documents such as a business registration certificate for customs clearance.
ARTICLE 11 – REFUND & EXCHANGE
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted once the goods have been shipped.
Customers are strongly advised to carefully review the PI, confirm product specifications, and resolve any queries before order confirmation and shipment.
ARTICLE 12 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All product names, images, and content on the Website are the exclusive property of AAA. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
ARTICLE 13 – FORCE MAJEURE
AAA shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or transport disruptions.
ARTICLE 14 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these General Conditions is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
ARTICLE 15 – NON-WAIVER
Failure by AAA to enforce any provision of these General Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of its right to enforce that provision or any other provision at a later time.
